Lost property
Please keep your luggage with you at all times, as unattended baggage will be considered a security risk. We are not liable for lost or stolen items, so please keep your belongings within sight at all times. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for items to be received and be aware there is a charge for retrieval of belongings. All non-perishable items of lost property will be held for 3 months and we have to dispose of perishable items. If you find property at any of our stations or on any of our trains, please hand it to a member of staff.
