Thank you for using our new site. If you are having any problems, please check our frequently asked questions below. If your problem is not answered below, please use our website feedback form and we will answer your query directly.

1. Why can I not view the site properly?

If you have used our website before, your computer may have cached the old page styles and formats. This causes the new site to display incorrectly and prevent you from using the site. To solve this problem, please empty your cache and refresh the page.

This can be done with the following key PC  shortcuts: ctrl + F5

As there a different ways to delete cache on a Mac, we suggest you consult your user guide.

Please note: The site will work in the following browsers: IE6, IE7, IE8, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari on both Mac and PC.

2. Can I change my password?

Yes, if you have been set up with a password for ‘My Journeys’ and booking tickets, please click here to change your password.

Please note: You need to be logged in to change your password. You may be required to enter the password you have been set up with. Once you have updated your password through the change your password link, you can use the new password to login to ‘My Journeys’ as normal.
