Following on from the full service running successfully on its key routes throughout today (Wednesday 6 January), East Midlands Trains has announced that it will be running a full and normal timetable again on, Thursday 7 January.
East Midlands Trains has issued the following advice for passengers affected by the severe weather conditions who have been unable to travel today:
Advice for passengers
•Passengers unable to travel today can use their ticket to travel on Thursday 7 January. Passengers holding advance purchase tickets for today who wish to use their tickets tomorrow should travel at the same time shown on their ticket.
•For refund arrangements, passengers are advised to contact East Midlands Trains’ Customer Relations Department.
