East Midlands Trains services to London are currently being disrupted due to signalling problems between Leicester and Market Harborough.
Network Rail engineers are currently on site working hard to rectify the fault, which has been caused by vandalism, to enable East Midlands Trains to return to normal as quickly as possible. However, in the meantime passengers are advised of the following service changes:
- Services departing Sheffield to London at xx27 will run, calling additionally at Long Eaton, East Midlands Parkway and Loughborough.
- xx02 services from Nottingham to St Pancras and xx30 departures from St Pancras to Nottingham will run as normal.
- xx55 services from St Pancras to Sheffield will run as normal.
- Services between St Pancras and Corby will run as normal.
The following services are expected to be cancelled:

1628 Nottingham – London scheduled to arrive 1819

1915 London – Nottingham scheduled to arrive 2105
The following services will start from Derby and will not run between Sheffield and Derby:
1347 Sheffield – London scheduled to arrive 1605
1435 Sheffield – London scheduled to arrive 1705
1547 Sheffield – London scheduled to arrive 1809
Services are subject to short notice delay and cancellation throughout the morning, and other train operators have agreed to pass East Midlands Trains tickets by any reasonable route.
