Visitors can also take a discounted journey back in time at Crich Tramway Village and Peak Rail in Matlock.
John Coulson, marketing manager from the Heights of Abraham, said: “Arriving via Matlock Bath station for the Heights of Abraham, makes your journey less stressful, avoids the traffic, searching for a parking space..... giving you more time to enjoy your day out.”
Councillor Garry Purdy, chair of the Derwent Valley Line Community Rail Partnership, said: “These great offers provide an even greater reason to visit the Derwent Valley by train and enjoy a fun-filled day, with so many great attractions easily accessible by train using the hourly train service from Derby and Nottingham.”

And, with prices starting from just £7.40 for an Off Peak Day return from Nottingham to Matlock, we’re encouraging people to leave the car at home and take a relaxing, stress free trip on the train!”
