  2. All entries must be received by 31/08/08.
  3. Only one entry allowed per household.
  4. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries.
  5. Winners names available on request.
  6. The winner will be contacted by 2/09/08, with the prize to be taken on 19 and 20 September 2008.
  7. Each winner may be accompanied by one companion.
  8. East Midlands Trains will provide First Class return train travel for the winners and their partners from any East Midlands Trains station to London St Pancras station.
  9. The prize includes two nights accommodation in the Cumberland hotel in London on a bed and breakfast basis.
  10. The adjudicator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
  12. East Midlands Trains and Superbreak accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
  13. Employees, their relatives and agencies of East Midlands Trains are not eligible to enter.
