Matlock train station is a glorious gateway to the Peak District and is now even easier to reach with East Midlands Trains.
We run an hourly train service between Matlock and Nottingham, via Belper and Derby. On Monday to Saturday, trains from Matlock now arrive in Derby in time to meet our Derby to London services. The Derwent Valley Line travels through the picturesque and historic landscape between Nottingham, Derby and Matlock.
