As part of our ongoing commitment to provide great customer service, we recently launched our Customer Voice programme.
Our Customer Voice programme allows regular users of our services to voice their opinions and shape future improvements to our service via surveys and group meetings with our senior managers. It is through our Customer Voice programme, and other feedback tools, that we can focus on making the improvements that matter most to you.
Our first set of Customer Voice meetings were held in October where our groups fed back many positive areas of the service, and also highlighted areas where improvements could be made. The feedback gained from these meetings was invaluable; come back soon to see some of the improvements made as a result of this feedback.
If you would like to join our Customer Voice programme simply email email@example.com including a little bit of background on yourself and your reasons for wanting to join the programme. Due to the high quality of conversation needed with members of the programme places are limited, however we are eager to hear from customers who feel they can contribute to the programme.
If you are successful in joining our programme, you will be required to complete four online surveys over a 12 month period as well as attend two group meetings to discuss your opinions with our senior management team. Your feedback will directly help us to improve our services where our customers feel it is needed most and to say thank you for participating in the programme, you will also receive two pairs of First Class return tickets to use on the East Midlands Trains network.
