Improvement work is being carried out between Peterborough and Ely from Saturday 26th August to Monday 28th August, see info here:

Network Rail are carrying out upgrade works at London Euston in preparation for the introduction of HS2 on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 August. While this does not directly affect the running of our trains; it is likely that some trains and stations will be busier than usual. More information here

Tickets purchased over the phone

If your tickets were purchased over the phone prior to the 14 August 2017, they will need to be sent back to -

We advise that tickets are posted via Recorded Delivery to ensure your tickets arrive safely.

Tickets purchased over the website

If your tickets were purchased via our website (at anytime), they will need to sent back to -

We advise that tickets are posted via Recorded Delivery to ensure your tickets arrive safely. If they have not yet been collected and were bought online, you can request a refund by logging into My Account and going to the Order Status and Refund applications section. Please note the the conditions of some tickets may mean that they cannot be refunded.

If bought at a station, they need to be returned to the relevant station ticket office, which will process the refund.

We do not offer refunds on Print at Home tickets.
