We've started to make big improvements to your railway which means you may experience some disruption whilst we carry out the work.
The second and final major phase of Liverpool Lime Street’s transformation will take place between 2 June and 29 July 2018. Similar to phase one, which took place last year, this will include full and partial closure of lines into Liverpool Lime Street.
From Saturday 2nd June to Sunday 29th July our trains will be unable to run between Liverpool South Parkway and Liverpool Lime Street. Journey times will be extended by 10-15 minutes.

Trains from Norwich to Liverpool Lime Street
Our trains between Norwich and Liverpool Lime Street will terminate at Liverpool South Parkway, you can then change for a Merseyrail train service to Moorfields station in Liverpool City Centre.
Trains from Liverpool Lime Street to Norwich
You can travel from Moorfields station in Liverpool City Centre to Liverpool South Parkway using Merseyrail services and then change for our trains from Liverpool South Parkway.
Please be aware that some trains will depart Liverpool South Parkway slightly earlier than originally scheduled during this period. More information on exact train times will be available closer to the time.

We advise that tickets are posted via Recorded Delivery to ensure your tickets arrive safely. If they have not yet been collected and were bought online, you can request a refund by logging into My Account and going to the Order Status and Refund applications section. Please note the the conditions of some tickets may mean that they cannot be refunded.
If bought at a station, they need to be returned to the relevant station ticket office, which will process the refund.
