Discounted Tourist Attraction Tickets now Available at East Midlands Trains Stations

East Midlands Trains announces new partnership with SuperBreak to sell tickets to top attractions at ticket offices

  • New service now available at 13 stations with more to follow
  • Many of the country’s top attractions included such as Alton Towers and Legoland
  • Most tickets include discount on price or other benefits

East Midlands Trains customers can now buy tickets to many of the country’s top attractions direct from their station ticket office.

The train operator has joined forces with short break specialist, SuperBreak, to sell attraction tickets directly from the station. Customers can now take the opportunity to purchase tickets for various popular attractions, including Alton Towers, Legoland, Madame Tussauds and St Paul’s Cathedral. It is believed that this is the first deal of its kind in the country.

The majority of tickets include special benefits, such as discounted price or priority entry, including:

  • Alton Towers: £38.82 (Adult) and £34.10 (Child) – Saving of 22%
  • Legoland: £45.68 (Adult) £40.67 (Child) – Saving of 7%
  • Beatles Story: £15 – Fast Track Entry
  • Coca-Cola London Eye: £20.70 (Adult) £14 (Child) – Saving of 5% and no queuing to purchase ticket
  • Manchester United FC Museum & Stadium Tour: £18 (Adult) £12 (Child) – Pre-booking available

Jayne Moyses, Head of Sales & Customer Service Centre for East Midlands Trains, said: “This partnership with SuperBreak to sell tickets to top attractions direct from our ticket offices is great news for our customers.

“The majority of the tickets available from our stations are discounted or include other benefits compared to buying direct. So, it’s not only more convenient to buy direct from East Midlands Trains, it’s often cheaper too!”

Alton Towers, Legoland, Beatles Story, Manchester United FC Museum & Stadium Tour, Kensington Palace, Red River Roamer Ticket by City Cruises, St Paul’s Cathedral, London Zoo, Coca-Cola London Eye, London Dungeon, Madame Tussauds, Sea Life Aquarium

The following stations can sell attraction tickets, with more to follow:   

Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, London St Pancras International, Chesterfield, Lincoln, East Midlands Parkway, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby.
