East Midlands Trains is operating a full timetable today (Tuesday 29 October) following disruption caused by stormy conditions yesterday.

Services between Bedford and London St Pancras, which were not able to operate yesterday, have been fully restored after Network Rail engineers worked throughout the night to repair damage  to overhead lines in the Radlett area caused by strong winds.

A spokesman for East Midlands Trains said: "We are pleased to be able to restore our services to London this morning and would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding over the past 24 hours. We would also like to thank Network Rail and the power company for carrying out the repairs required to allow us to resume our full timetable today."

Customers who had Advance Purchase tickets dated Monday 28 October may travel on Tuesday 29 October or Wednesday 30 October or are entitled to a refund.

As always, the latest service updates are available at and on Twitter @EMTrains.
