Train operating company East Midlands Trains has announced the next two dates of its ‘meet the manager’ sessions. Representatives from the company’s senior management team will be on hand at the following locations to answer passenger questions and receive feedback on services.
Nara Burne, Customer Relations Manager for East Midlands Trains said:
“We’re keen to hear what our passengers have to say and of course we welcome feedback through all our existing channels such as on the telephone or by e mail. I do think that by offering passengers the chance to meet people from our management team face to face, both sides can benefit. It’s the customer’s chance to ask us questions that may otherwise remain unanswered.
We have lots of exciting plans for our franchise including £90m of investment in fleet and stations but we’ll also be welcoming any feedback on how we can further improve services for passengers.”
