Late Notice Essential Enginneering Works Sunday 1 December

Network Rail have advised us of some essential engineering works that are planned for Sunday 1 December.  We have implemented a revised timetable to incorporate these works.  These are the changes outlined below:

London St Pancras to Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield and Leeds

  • 09:00 London St Pancras to East Midlands Parkway will be restarted at Leicester
  • 10:00 London St Pancras to Nottingham will be restarted at Leicester
  • 11:00 London St Pancras to Nottingham will be restarted at Leicester
  • Extended journey times expected on services
  • Late alteration of train accomodation and train service provision.

Customers who are booked on a cancelled or altered service will be allowed to travel on a service an hour before or after.  In the likely event of a change in advertised train accommodation then seat reservations may not apply or be different to what the customer holds.

Ticket Information

Customers who are booked on cancelled or altered services are able to travel on alternative services an hour before or after the oirginal booked departure time.

Refund Information

If you decide not to travel you can apply for a refund. Tickets are refunded at the place where the ticket was bought. If your tickets were bought via East Midlands Trains by phone, they need to be sent back to:
