There are ticket machines that are available to use at any time but if you do need assistance the ticket office opening hours are:

Car Parking and Bike Parking Facilities
The station car park has ample space for those that need to drive with 512 spaces available. The car park is also open 24 hours, so you can park or pick up your car whenever you like.
For cyclists there is a 24 hour Cycle Hub located at the Queens Road car park with changing and toilet facilities. Additional stands are located in the secure compound adjacent to Platform 1 on Station Road. There are 140 cycle storage spaces.
First Class Lounge
Located between Platform 4/5 the First-Class lounge offers complimentary tea, coffee and newspapers and has a Wi-Fi service. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 06:00 – 13:00.
The whole station has step free access with lifts to all platforms. There are accessible ticket machines and a booking office counter with ramps for train access. An induction loop is also available.
Free, fast Wi-Fi is provided with The Cloud in 30 East Midland stations including major hubs like Nottingham.

The car park is located behind the station on Pancras Road, accessed from Euston Road. There are 322 spaces available and the car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For those that are cycling there is sheltered storage available with 180 storage spaces located within the station car park.
Located near the champagne bar, the lounge offers train information and Sky News screens, refreshments and a Wi-Fi service. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 07:00 – 20:00.
There is step free access coverage, accessible ticket machines, an accessible East Midlands booking office counter and ramps for train access.
Free, unlimited superfast Wi-Fi is available within St. Pancras International.

You can bring your bike on board for free, but we only have space for 2 at a time and we suggest reserving a spot before you travel. Folding cycles can be carried on all of our services if they can be stored safely in luggage racks. You can also make use of our Cycle Hubs and other storage facilities.
