Station Ticket Office
There are ticket machines that are available to use at any time but if you do need assistance the ticket office opening hours are:
06:30 – 20:00
09:00 – 19:00
Car Parking and Bike Parking Facilities
The station car park has ample space for those that need to drive with 512 spaces available. The car park is also open 24 hours, so you can park or pick up your car whenever you like.
For cyclists there is a 24 hour Cycle Hub located at the Queens Road car park with changing and toilet facilities. Additional stands are located in the secure compound adjacent to Platform 1 on Station Road. There are 140 cycle storage spaces.
First Class Lounge
Located between Platform 4/5 the First-Class lounge offers complimentary tea, coffee and newspapers and has a Wi-Fi service. Opening hours are Monday – Friday 06:00 – 13:00.
The whole station has step free access with lifts to all platforms. There are accessible ticket machines and a booking office counter with ramps for train access. An induction loop is also available.
Free, fast Wi-Fi is provided with The Cloud in 30 East Midland stations including major hubs like Nottingham.

Long and short stay car parks provide sufficient space for those that need to drive. There are 856 long stay spaces available and 47 short stay spaces and both car parks are open 24 hours a day.
For those that are cycling to the station there are 43 cycle storage spaces. These are located on Fairfield Street, Ducie Street and at the station front entrance. Bicycle hire is also available.
There is step-free access coverage and staff help available 24 hours a day with pre-booked mobility assistance. There are also accessible ticket machines, an accessible booking office counter and ramps for train access. An induction loop is available for people with hearing aids to connect to.
Public BT Wi-Fi is available throughout Manchester Piccadilly station.

You can bring your bike on board for free, but we only have space for two at a time and we suggest you reserve a spot before you travel.
